Grandmaster of Memory Erwin Balines wins the Philippine International Open Memory Championship 2019 held on July 13-14, 2019 at Hotel Dreamworld, North EDSA, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Total of 74 mental warriors participated in the annual tournament coming from 6 countries (Philippines, China, Indonesia, India, Uzbekistan and Malaysia).
